This morning I was sorting boxes in my garage, and then I came across the Crotex mailing package. Based upon date on postage, I received the Crotex 14 months ago. I remember reading that those who try the Crotex cream “will forget about the hair removal problem forever”. I read it on your website about half a year ago. At that time it was like a cheesy exaggerated marketing phrase. I don’t remember exactly why I decided to try the cream and sure thing I was in doubt as to whether I would get the result you promised. I used to shave every couple days and then hairs grew back again, I had to shave again. I am a working mom of a demanding son. It was very inconvenient to spend about half an hour removing hair every couple days. Nevertheless, I work in customer service, I have to look good that’s why I have to do that even though it’s a pain in the rear end. Yeah I could’ve gone to a professional beauty salon, but it was scary ‘cause I am really afraid of pain.
When I received the Crotex, I applied it onto legs, armpits and bikini area. It felt quite strange that hairs didn’t grow back during the first three weeks but I thought it was just a temporary thing. Then I stopped thinking about it, I got used to the fact that I don’t have to shave anymore! I never talked to my friends about hair removal during the last year and I literally put it out of my mind! I really forgot of how it felt to shave every couple days! It’s funny how that phrase which rose doubts the most actually came true. :-)
When I found the Crotex mailing package today, it had a discount card inside. Obviously, I don’t need the Crotex anymore. My sister graduates from a college in April, I think about sending her a cream pot of Crotex if it’s not too late to place an order for the next batch. It turns out pretty good that the next batch of the Crotex cream will be ready on May 2 ‘cause my sister is done her exams in the end of April, so the Convocation will take place in the end of May and I can make the gift at that time. When I ordered the Crotex cream for myself, it got delivered in 3 or 4 months after I filled an order in, and this time it’s gonna be much better in regards to time. However, I would like to ask you something. I am not sure if people write you anything like that but I hope you won’t refuse me. The thing is my sister lives more than 1500 miles far from me. When the Crotex cream gets delivered to me, it will be the end of May and I will wrap it and send her the package then she will only get it in the middle of June. That’s not how I would want it to be. I want her to receive it in the end of May. However, if I fill her address in as a mailing address, then I won’t be able to wrap it nicely. Could you please wrap it in green wrapping paper (she likes green)?

Thank you so much for your wonderful Crotex! My husband and I are delighted to use the cream. We didn’t receive enough cream, we will have to order more. If we wait for cream from the next batch it will take so long. I just wanted to ask… do you by any chance have cream left from the previous batch?
Response: Unfortunately, no, cream from the previous batch is sold out. Moreover, the previous batch has been released approximately 2 months ago. The cream best-before term is 65 days. We recommend that you do not use expired cream: effectiveness of active matter reduces significantly. We can’t guarantee great results if the product has expired.

you guys rock, i can’t say more! :-) i don't know how you came up with your Crotex, but it really is something new. when i ordered a cream pot of Crotex, i didn’t believe that it would seriously remove hair. I’ve tried a couple hair removal creams in the past, so i thought it was total bullshit. actually, i got the cream mostly for general skin care treatment (it’s too early for me to think about that, but I get worrisome thoughts from time to time). i came across one article in one popular magazine, it compared different types of creams. after having read the article, i decided to try cream with caviar. this idea simply got stuck in my mind, i had to find such cream for certain reasons i don’t feel like revealing here. local drug mart didn’t carry such cream. i felt lazy to be looking for it all over the city, i decided to google it. that’s how i first visited your webpage lol. yep, the price was just nasty, but i don’t care anymore. and, obviously, if I figured that Crotex delivery takes forever and you deliver in two months after the order is placed, I would think a bit more before placing the order)), but I needed the cream then and there at that moment. so yeah, I am very, very, VERY happy that I didn’t apply the cream on my facial skin! it’s hard to imagine how would I look like without eyebrows… :-)

Your hair removal aid exceed my expectation. Hair doesn’t grows back for three weeks. Though I didn’t like that when I filled in the order, I received a message that all cream pots from current batch are sold out even though there is still 2 months left till the next batch! As a result, I had to waiting for Crotex for around 8 months. It is very long.

Yes, Crotex help to get rid of unwanted hairs, it is great without doubt. I was surprised when understand that it really work. A product of such a level may be put on the world market with other products if you solve your problem with monolingual service. You only accept calls and letters in English. It’s not convenient for all. For example, I can’t call you because I have difficulty with English. Really I want to call.

Your company has to work on the delivery terms and schedule. Shame on you! How can it be possible for the delivery to last that long?? I’ve been waiting Crotex for 5 (FIVE!!!) months: that’s awful!!! A friend who recommended me Crotex had been waiting for even more - for 8 months (!!!!!!!!). When they ordered Crotex for her husband afterwards, they were only waiting 2 months. What kind of pattern is that? Is it some sort of discrimination? Are you doing that on purpose? The fact that you offer such cream doesn’t entitle you to make people wait for so long!

I read comments above and think, that all you are too loyal. Yes, Crotex remove hairs, but what is so unusual abaut it? Cleansing milk removes makeup, hair straightener straightens hair… I mean, every object has their function, why would you be surprised about it? Cream for epilation will remove hair, what’s not clear here? That’s what you should expect, when you get a hair removal aid! I wasn’t surprised about how Crotex worked. I expected rather, that it maybe will cure skin defects, because it contains something wholesome, if I understand it right. I have very fat skin, pores get clogged fast. Well, Crotex didn’t help me with that at all! It removed hairs, but the skin is in the same condition. In sum, I am very dissappointed.

Crotex, change your courier! Your current courier delivered me Crotex package which was all wrinkled. Then I ordered cream as a gift to my sister, and the courier left me a message on the door so that I had to call them, to go to their place to get the cream. As a result, I made an agreement with them that they will deliver me the package. And then they came when I wasn’t there again. When my sister ordered Crotex for her husband, they wrinkled the package again. It shouldn’t be like that! When I tell the next person about your cream, I will definitely mention the courier you use. The cream is good, but why don’t you start delivering it without creating issues?

The cream is average, there’s nothing special about it. As I understand, it truly removes hair forever (my hair doesn’t grow back in the area where I applied it). However, the cream doesn’t contain anything supernatural; it is cream for any person. If the cream was distributed in larger batches (because of some rare components of the cream), then it would become similar to the procedure of primary teeth in the childhood.

Today I got the parcel with Crotex. While it was on its way to me, I could not check what was happening to it. I visited the web site of your courier, but there has never been shown in real time where the parcel was. Maybe I was doing something wrong, but I think you just have a bad courier. On the other hand, I liked the Crotex. I do not know yet how long the effect will last and if it is true that it's forever, but it creates a pleasant sensation once applied.

Thank you for the super cream! When I ordered the cream Crotex, I told my friend about it, and she did not believe that this cream will work as described on the webpage. I felt so bitter about not taking time thinking about ordering, about ordering too fast. I had an idea to refuse the order, but I didn’t get to cancel the order. At first I was just unsure, I was sad that everything turned out so badly. Four months later I got the cream. I have not used it for about three weeks because I was afraid of disappointment. Then at some point, I thought that if I do not use the cream now, it will expire, and besides, I'm not losing anything anyways. And I applied the cream. Oh, this is an indescribable feeling when you think everything is so bad, and then suddenly everything turns out to be the other way around ... But my friend, incidentally, still thinks that my hair does not grow back not because I dealt Crotex on the skin, but because I believed in that it will take effect, and so it took effect. But it's not just me the reason for it to take effect, it can’t be that everyone believes in it and gets the effect only because of that?

I liked your cream. When I unpacked and applied it, the effect was exactly what I expected it to be based on what you wrote on your website. Yeah, I was worried that I would do something wrong, so something weird would happen, nothing would work, and then I would think that ordering the cream was useless. Moreover, my husband put much effort into persuading me to cancel the order, and that’s why I felt twice as bad. I am glad everything turned out to be fine. :-) I just have one suggestion to you. Could you release the Crotex three or four times a year? I was waiting for your cream for 5 months, that’s very long.

When my friend recommended me your cream (she is all hyped up for it), I googled your website and clicked the link which showed up… I was impressed by what I saw. You have such a bad website =( The format is hard-to-use, the colour is ugly… You sell such a high end product, but you can’t present it in the way it deserves. I almost forgot that I wanted to order the cream when I got onto your website even thought I really wanted to try it. My advice would be work on your website.

To be honest with you, it was truly hard to believe that your cream would work as advertised. I mean I deal with people who exaggerate the results their product will help you achieve on daily basis. People think it’s a norm, there’s nothing wrong about it. I don’t know why I decided to give the Crotex a try, but I am glad I made that decision. Even though your product is obviously successful and many people want it because of potential benefits, it doesn’t mean they are certain when they make the decision to order it. If you had helped me overcome my hesitations before I ordered the cream, I would greatly appreciate it. It’s all about customer satisfaction. It may start even before a client orders your product. I work for a marketing company and I know what I am talking about. I am not here to teach you or to say that you what you do is not right; you are successful in what you do, so your business model has to be right, otherwise you wouldn’t have achieved your level. I like your product; however, I would have had even better experience if you’d done certain things differently. And I know there are so many more people who are like me out there, I just want them to have a chance to get the benefit the Crotex provides too.
